Refund Policy

As all sets are custom made to order, by hand (with love), I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Incorrect Sizing

I am not responsible if incorrect sizing is provided. Please make sure you read the instructions on how to size yourself properly and double check when providing your sizes.

Design Changes

Last minute design changes are unavailable unless communicated early enough. Otherwise, you will need to purchase replacement nails (with your new design) which will be included in the order.

Shipping and Delivery

I am not responsible for loss or damage while your order is in transit and in the hands of the courier company.

Order Timing

Order accordingly if you need your order by a specific date. Take processing times + shipping times into consideration when ordering.

Creative Style

I will respectfully turn down any sets that do not align with my creative style, having this in place means I won’t set myself up for failure by attempting a style I can’t promise will be perfect and disappointing you as a customer with a set you're unhappy with.
